San Antonio’s median home price may be $310,000, but those in the market for something a bit more expensive and expansive have plenty of options in and around the Alamo City. 
Here are the priciest properties in the San Antonio area, based on data from the San Antonio Board of Realtors, including mansions and ranches.

1275 Stoney Ridge Road, $16.5 million: The most expensive home on the San Antonio Board of Realtors website is an event space in Bulverde that includes a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home and its own food truck. 
The event space comes with nearly 50 acres of land, a three-bedroom house and a food truck. 
The property, previously known as Oakfire Ridge, is nearly 50 acres and is designed for both “intimate moments and grand-scale entertaining.” 
The space also includes a 7,200-square-foot Biergarten Hall with a 4,440-square-foot patio and tap bar.
