Frances Bean Cobain Just Sold Her Stylish San Diego Beach Pad for $2.4M

Sold! Artist and model Francis Bean Cobain has unloaded her San Diego home for $2.4 million.

Cobain, the only child of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole rocker Courtney Love, bought the remodeled Point Loma property in 2021 for $2.3 million.

This daughter of rock royalty has also previously bought and sold homes in Los Angeles.

Beach life

Just a few minutes from the beach, the 1,835-square-foot residence has three bedrooms, two baths, and plenty of room to entertain.

The recently updated kitchen has brand-new custom cabinetry, stylish appliances, and a teal-tiled backsplash. In addition to a large center island, there’s a tidy little dining nook. This space seamlessly blends into the living room, which features a modern fireplace and wall of windows that open to the backyard. The wood-beamed ceilings and wide-plank floors add an eye-catching upgrade to the already eclectic estate.

The home offers three spacious bedrooms, one with an oversized walk-in closet and two recently renovated bathrooms.

One bathroom has a dual vanity and a spa-inspired, glass-encased shower.
