I’ve just returned from Atlanta, where the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury team hosted the soldout Global Luxury Summit during the Gen Blue Experience. Over 400 attendees, both domestic and international, gathered at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta for a day of learning and networking. With the legendary Jade Mills by my side, we opened the Summit with a message of how luxury professionals can find pockets of optimism and opportunity in this current market.
The real estate market has always held a spectrum of uncertainty. Luxury real estate professionals may be feeling this more acutely today – but clients are looking to them for confidence and upbeat guidance as they navigate the buying and selling process. I’ve always believed that cultivating positivity and an open mind enhances an agent’s ability to approach challenges with objectivity and generate innovative solutions for their clients. This positive outlook not only improves the client experience and increases the likelihood of referrals, but also strengthens the connections you make in the long run. And as we always say, connections are what luxury real estate is all about!
The Global Luxury Summit proved this adage to be true in so many ways. Attendees mixed and mingled with each other, and also gained valuable information they could take back home with them to better serve their clients. Ryan Schneider, CEO and President of Anywhere Real Estate, closed the event with a motivating discussion on the state of today’s housing market and the Anywhere vision. Two keynote speakers – tech expert Matt Britton and marketing gurus David Marine and Rob Siltanen – got everyone thinking with their talks. Matt opened our eyes to AI, its usage in today’s world, and where it’s going in the future. Meanwhile, David and Rob sat for a fireside chat to discuss storytelling in luxury. Breakout sessions kept the information flowing right up until everyone sped off for the offsite reception at the unbelievable Porsche Experience Center.
So, what’s the secret to cultivating positivity right now? Stay open and aware of what is happening here and now. Foster the right relationships with inspiring people in your life. And be grateful for all the good around you.
