New apartments in Dayton-area municipality reach completion

More apartments are coming to the Dayton region with a new development. When the development is completed, it will bring 130 single-story apartments to potential residents in a growing municipality in the region.

Redwood Living Inc. has unveiled its latest neighborhood of apartment homes in Troy. The development, which has been underway for over two years now, covers over 22 acres and will include 130 single-story apartment homes ranging in size from 1,294 square feet to 1,709 square feet. While the development is not complete yet, some residents have already been able to move into their new homes.

Redwood apartment homes are unlike traditional apartment complexes in the fact that they maintain single-story floor plans, attached garages and private entrances with individual street addresses, all in an effort to feel like a single-family home.

“Redwood recognized a prime opportunity to add to the rental market in Troy with the brand’s signature style of single-story apartment homes,” said Mitch Ogle, Director of Property Operations at Redwood. “Living in a Redwood Neighborhood allows residents to free themselves from the hassles of homeownership without sacrificing comfort and convenience.”

Each apartment home at Redwood Troy Arthur Road includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a two-car attached garage and ample storage. Additional amenities include eat-in kitchens with large pantries and extra storage space; open floor plans; large closets; washer and dryer hookups; full-size appliances; vaulted ceilings; upgraded finishes and features; pet-friendly accommodations; added living spaces; and green-centric neighborhood settings.

Monthly rent starts at $1,699. Interested residents can schedule a tour with property staff or take a self-guided one, and can begin the leasing process online.

Redwood Troy Arthur Road’s Office is located at 1030 Redharvest Drive, west of Downtown Troy.

Redwood Living, Inc. (Redwood) is a development and property management company with neighborhoods in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky. In 2023, Redwood will expand its presence to Nebraska with its first neighborhood.
