The property listing is being handled by Carrie Prickett of Compass.
Davidson County records show the property last sold in June 2020 for $3.72 million. The deed lists Wobbler Gobbler Trust, through trustee Legina Chaudoin as the buyer. Pricket confirmed to the Business Journal that Bones is the current owner of the property.
The seller in that 2020 transaction was former Gibson CEO Henry Juszkiewicz, who bought the land in 2000 for $665,000.
